About the Team:

The Sustainability & Climate Innovation (SCI) group sits at the center of PSP’s investment strategy.

This team does not operate in isolation. It integrates directly with investment teams to embed sustainability and climate considerations into decision-making, risk management, and value creation across portfolios.


About the Role:

This is where sustainability meets institutional capital.

As an Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will play a direct role in shaping how climate and sustainability factors are embedded into one of the world’s largest pension portfolios.

In this role, you will:

Conduct research and analysis on emerging sustainability and climate risks and opportunities across asset classes.

Support sustainability assessments and monitoring of external managers and general partners.

Contribute to the implementation and scaling of climate risk frameworks, including physical and transition risk analysis.

Help transition internal processes from Excel-based systems to scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled workflows.

Apply quantitative methods such as data analysis, modelling, and scenario analysis to strengthen investment decisions.

Support development of internal tools, datasets, and analytical frameworks for sustainability performance tracking.

Engage with portfolio companies and stakeholders to drive adoption of sustainability and climate practices.

Contribute to sustainability policies, internal procedures, and integration frameworks.

Deliver insights on regulatory developments, best practices, and emerging trends in sustainable investing.

Support external reporting aligned with leading sustainability frameworks.


About You:

You operate at the intersection of data, finance, and sustainability.

You are not just interested in impact, you understand how to embed it into large-scale investment systems.

To succeed in this role, you:

Have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sustainable investing, climate, or investment management.

Hold a degree in sustainability, climate, finance, business, or a related field.

Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, including modelling and data analysis.

Understand sustainability frameworks, regulations, and reporting standards.

Have interest or experience in AI-enabled tools, automation, or data workflows.

Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across functions.

Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Have business acumen, combining qualitative and quantitative thinking.

Are fluent in English, with French proficiency or willingness to learn.
